What should I expect? Fly Bungee™ involves a lot of push-ups, running, jumping and lunges. If you are not able to do these type of activities well, Bungee may be very challenging for you. The harness is padded for comfort, but after an hour of activity you will be feeling pressure/pinching where the harness touches your body since your bodyweight is being pushed and pulled against the harness.
Is there a weight restriction? Yes. Our bungee equipment can only support a person that is a maximum of 225lbs. For your safety and to get the most out of the experience students will be asked to check their weight at the studio and offered the use of a scale. This is required so you can be attached to the correct number of bungees. If you weigh more than 225 lbs you will not be permitted to take the class and you will not be refunded or credited for your purchase.
What do I wear? We highly recommend wearing two layers of shorts or leggings until you get used to it. Some clients wear padded bike shorts for extra comfort! We suggest a fitted top since you will be upside down& moving a lot. Bring a water bottle and be prepared to get sweaty!
Who shouldn't do bungee? We do NOT recommend Fly Bungee™ if you have had surgery of any kind in the past six months or have chronic pain or a medical condition involving the shoulders, wrists, hands or low back. Wrist guards are welcomed and awesome if needing to use. If you have any of these conditions please consult with a physician before attempting Bungee.
Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes! Your waiver will be part of your registration process. However, if you are under 18 years old please sign extra waiver for teen you will need to print and bring a waiver signed by your parent to your first class.
How can I sign a friend up to go with me? Our system does not support purchasing classes for other people or enrolling them in classes. If you want to attend a class with others, email us to see if we have enough room first and then have each person sign up individually on our website from the Schedule page. Your friend(s) will still need to register and enroll in class on their own.
We do not save spaces in classes without payment or accept walk-ins. our classes are too small to do that.
What is your cancellation policy? We have a 8-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel late for any reason you will lose that class. This is a FIRM policy, no waivers or exceptions will be granted. We balance this policy by offering you the ability to sign up for any class up until half an hour before class starts. If you have a frequently changing schedule we recommend waiting to sign up until you are certain you can attend. Be aware if you wait until last minute to sign up your class may get canceled for low enrollment so it is wise to sign up as soon as you are absolutely positive you can attend, ideally 2 hours or more before class so your class doesn't get canceled.

Why did my class get cancelled? We reserve the right to cancel any class if less than 2 people are signed up. If we are canceling, we will notify you by text and email at least 2 hours before classes that are scheduled at 10am or later or by 9pm if it is morning class before 10am. We do this because our format is group fitness which by definition requires a group, we have set the minimum group size at 2.
